We want every 929 package to reach you safely. If your order gets lost in transit, email us atinfo@929boutique.comand we’ll help file a claim with the carrier. Once the investigation is complete and the package can’t be located, we’ll gladly reship your items (or refund your order if they’re no longer in stock). Please note: USPS requires a package to be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim.
A quick note on deliveries: if the carrier marks your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, we’re not able to issue a refund. In this case, the fastest solution is to contact the carrier directly so they can investigate and help locate your package.
Delivery timelines are based on USPS and UPS. While we do our best to get your pieces to you on time, we can’t be responsible for carrier delays and are unable to refund shipping charges if they miss their guarantee.
