Shipping Options

  • $9 flat-rate shipping (3-4 business days)
  • Free shipping on orders $100+
    Shipping timelines are estimated based on transit times and begin once your order has shipped.

Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please email us at info@929boutique.com and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.

  • USPS requires a package to be in transit for 15 days before a claim can be submitted.
  • Once the carrier investigation is complete and the package is confirmed lost, we’ll happily reship your items or issue a refund if the items are no longer in stock.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, we’re unable to issue a refund.

In these cases, we recommend:

  • Contacting the carrier directly to request a delivery investigation
  • Checking with neighbors, building management, or your local post office

This is typically the fastest way to locate the package.

Carrier Delays
While we always aim to get your pieces to you as quickly as possible, delivery timelines are managed by USPS and UPS. Carrier delays are outside of our control, and shipping fees are non-refundable if a carrier misses their estimated delivery window.
