Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
You may choose a full refund or store credit.
After this period, items are not eligible for return.
Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more, or marked sale/clearance, are final sale and cannot be returned.
Condition of Returned Items
To be accepted, items must be in perfect condition:
Unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
Free of makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smell, or any other signs of wear or damage
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
Store credit (if chosen) will be emailed to you and can be used toward future purchases on our site.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of postage until your return is processed.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. Please email info@929boutique.comwith your order number and clear photos of the damage. If we are not notified within this timeframe, the item will no longer qualify for a damage claim.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order for a refund or store credit and place a new order.
Order Cancellations & Changes
We are unable to cancel or make changes to orders once they have been placed. If eligible, you may return the item for a refund or store credit once it is delivered.
